Where Gazipur national forest When February 2021 Who Bangladesh Street Kids Aid, Aranyak Alo Foundation, The Skateroom
In February 2021 we constructed Bangladesh’s first concrete skatepark in partnership with with Bangladesh Street Kids Aid (BSKA), Aranyak Alo Foundation (AAF), and The Skateroom. It is located just outside the capital city of Dhaka in Gazipur national forest. The space is open and free for everyone to use. Free skateboard equipment and safety gear are installed to secure that everyone can participate.
The skatepark is already serving hundreds of local youths, providing them with a safe and clean place to play, challenge themselves, and break social barriers together.
