We educate at least two local individuals, one man and one woman at every project. Working alongside a diverse group of top professionals, throughout the entire construction phase, they will gain the skills and knowledge to be on the forefront of skatepark scene in their region.
We educate two locals, one woman and one man, as mentors to manage their skatepark, do sessions, girls only introduction classes and run programs. Mentors are present daily to support, empower and be available to the local youth.
We strive to support our local partners to independently
and successfully manage their facilities. Ideally we will provide them with the motivation and support, to build up a self sustained culture pivoting around skateboarding, mentorship
and the benefits it brings to the
marginalized youth around the world.
