In March 2021 Al-Nour Skatepark was constructed in Amman - the capital of Jordan. 

The facility is located in the Qweismeh District. With a population of 300.000, the industrial residential district is a densely populated working-class zone located in East Amman the district is underdeveloped and lacks safe public spaces. Al-Nour park is one of the few public parks in the district.

The project was developed by 7Hills Skatepark and UNICEF Jordan.  7Hills is a Jordanian non-profit organization that uses skateboarding as a tool for gender equality, youth empowerment, and social cohesion. With two free public skate parks in Amman, 7Hills provides secure spaces for people from all walks of life and offers a tool - skateboarding, to defeat gender, racial, religious, or cultural inequalities.
